A Christmas Carol

I never had a chance to go to a broadway show/play. Only in elementary for a school trip which does not count at all because it's so long ago and I'm getting old so I can not tell you how this story line was and the english was VERY weak LOL-hey the TRUTH!
..anyway I always hear "A Christmas Carol" is a great show to see on broadway and the movie is great. Well when I first seen the preview I fell in LOVE!!

I told myself I MUST see this movie and of course I love Jim Carey and he will do a great job by playing this character (although I knew nothing about this character-Scrooge before), but I'm sure he will do a great job.

..so Jim Carey did a fantastic job playing Ebenezer Scrooge. A business owner who lost one of his partner. Mr. Scrooge begins the Christmas holiday with his usual miserly contempt, being the mean and always barking at his faithful clerk and his cheery nephew. It's obvious that Mr. Scrooge is not in the Christmas spirit like everyone else, as a matter of fact he hates when people wishes him a Merry Christmas. he gets really upset and pushes them away-now if that's not miserable than what would you call it?! But when the ghosts of Christmas Past, Present and Yet to Come take him on an eye-opening journey revealing truths Old Scrooge is reluctant to face, he must open his heart to undo years of ill will before it's too late.

He was a miserable old man but not intentionally, he pushed alot of ppl out of his life I guess you can say to protect his own being-well he did great at that. A lonely old man.

Then the Ghosts showed him about his past and present that's when he realized he can't continue being the same ol' miserable Scrooge.

This film is basically "us as human being did wrong in our past life but GOD still sees the innocence in us and he believes we all deserves a second chance in life to correct our mistakes"....after all we all deserve a second chance in life :)

....anyway this movie is great for a family to see..I enjoyed it very much and better with them 3D glases lol.
